LufkeyW was born from a simple conviction: AI is only useful in production, and only trustworthy if its mistakes can be reversed.
What we are
A technology consultancy and product startup. We build artificial intelligence, software and data security solutions for companies — and in parallel we're developing LufkeyW Agent Control Plane, our reversible-writes agent platform.
How we work
Analysis, design, development, production — always in that order and always with a way back. Every delivery includes tests, documentation and the ability to roll changes back. We don't deliver slide decks: we deliver working systems.
Why “Control Plane”
Because the biggest blocker to adopting AI isn't the technology — it's the fear of losing data. A control plane is the layer that decides what runs and what doesn't; ours sits between the agent and your data, and it grew out of that concern: checkpoints, verification and rollback. It became both our product and our way of working.
